Each year’s WEASA programme consists of 4 key modules:

  • A professionalisation module focusing on boosting professional skills in areas such as policy writing, advocacy, political communication, and negotiations.
  • A core module introducing main theoretical concepts and approaches relevant for establishing knowledge background in digital affairs. The material is presented during lectures and workshops.
  • A thematic module addressing the most topical aspects of WEASA chosen topic in the global, regional, as well as national contexts. The material is presented during lectures and workshops.
  • A venue module aimed at fostering debates, discussions, and networking among experts, invited guests and practitioners. This includes study visits, simulation exercises, and panel dicussions.
