New appointment of WEASA 2015 alumnus

We are very happy to learn that WEASA 2015 alumnus, Arsen Zhumadilov, has been appointed as the Head of the Bilyayivka district (Odessa region, Ukraine) state administration. Mr. Zhumadilov’s appointment is part of a broader reform action initiated by the Head of the Odessa regional state administration, Mikheil Saakashvili.
