Dear Alumni,

We are excited to announce this year during #WEASA2022 we have some very special opportunities for alumni to get involved presented below!

* Become a WEASA 2022 Alumni Group Facilitator!

What does a group facilitator do?

This year, like last year, we will engage our alumni even more during the WEASA edition. We are seeking 5 WEASA Alumni to take an active leadership role this year to help manage and facilitate a group of participants. WEASA 2022 will take place July 10-18 2022; with the Alumni Reunion taking place July 17-19 2022.

Each facilitator will manage a group of eight WEASA 2022 participants. Not only will they be able to moderate discussions and workshops but also engage in dialogue with their participants, identify issues that come up in discussions and encourage participants to stay actively involved. They will also help debrief the participants at the end of the WEASA 2022 edition and provide the feedback to the organizers.

What does a group facilitator get?

The facilitators will be invited to the WEASA 2022 edition at the College of Europe in Natolin – Warsaw Poland – for the entire WEASA event (July 10-18) and be invited to participate in the Alumni Networking Reunion (July 17-19). Costs of travel, accommodation and food will be covered. Facilitators will also receive a special certificate for their outstanding work with WEASA. We encourage all interested alumni to apply to become a group facilitator for the 2022 edition. Apply via the Communications Platform by logging in at www.weasa.org.

The deadline is June 5th!

* Participate in the 2022 Alumni Networking Reunion – July 17-19 2022

To celebrate the 10th Edition of WEASA – we are inviting 15 additional alumni to apply to participate in the Alumni Networking Reunion!

This forum will be a unique opportunity to network with colleagues from other editions and share knowledge and practices on the issues that are important to you. It will also be an excellent setting to meet high level guests and peers and make new connections.

Activities

The main focus of the Alumni Networking Reunion is to discover how to get more involved in WEASA alumni activities. We will have high level workshops and lectures as well as brainstorming activities aimed at strengthening our network.

Eligibility to apply

Alumni members from all previous WEASA editions are eligible to apply. The five alumni facilitators during WEASA 2022 will automatically become eligible to participate.

To apply please submit a one-page cover letter about 1) your motivation of why you want to take part in the alumni meeting and 2) your intention of how you see further strengthening of the WEASA alumni.

The application should be submitted via the WEASA Communication platform to the WEASA Coordinator.

The WEASA team will cover your whole stay in Poland and reimburse your travel costs. Please make sure you are familiar with our WEASA Regulations – as they are applicable to the Reunion as well.

We hope to see you in Warsaw this summer!
